Hello

I am a jeweller by trade, with 14 years' experience in luxury jewellery retail, working for the largest distributor of Swiss watches in the UK. As a highly skilled operations manager, I developed a broad knowledge across all areas of business.

The varied requirements of my role have given me a number of transferrable skills, including customer experience, CRM, sales, scheduling, events management, audit and office management, to name a few.

I am also a proud mum to twin girls and as such, a proficient multi-tasker!

I wholeheartedly believe that if a job is worth doing, it's worth doing properly, and always strive to do my best in everything I do.

It's most important to me that I'm able to make a positive impact on people's lives through my work, and I love to work with people on the same wavelength.
